Your Satisfaction Is Important To Us

We've guaranteed your satisfaction because our goal is to make you happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/items for an exchange or refund. Refund may take up to 4 weeks to be credited back to your credit card.

Returns and exchanges can only be accepted for unused/untailored items with their original tags attached within 15 days of the purchase. Returns cannot be accepted for sale or clearance merchandise or past 15 days from the day of purchase.

Do inspect all items upon receiving them. Make sure that there is no damage that is attributable to causes that may arise during shipment.

If you wish to return/exchange, please state the problem clearly in your email and what you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item: another product, store credit, or full refund.

The returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was shipped, that is, untailored, new and unwashed, and must be shipped in the original packaging with all tags attached.

The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product, unless the reason for the return is a defect in the merchandise or the wrong item was shipped out, in which case Middle Eastern Boutique shall absorb the costs.

Shipping Policies

International orders require additional shipping fees to be paid before orders are shipped. We will tell you how much your shipping charges will be once you place your order for accuracy.

Domestic orders : All domestic orders of hijabs will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

MiddleEasternBoutique.com, your online wholesale hijab store, will endeavor to ship your order after full payment has been received including shipping charges. MiddleEasternBoutique.com is not responsible for delivery service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier.

International orders : All international orders will typically arrive within 10 to 15 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). It is likely that there will be customs fees imposed by your local government on imported Islamic clothing or any other goods purchased outside of your home country. Please note that MiddleEasternBoutique.com is not responsible for any customs fees and duties that may be imposed by your government, or for any delays resulting therefrom.

Please be informed also that MiddleEasternBoutique.com shall not be responsible for delayed or lost shipments. MiddleEasternBoutique.com will provide you with a custom number to track your shipments, but we no longer have control over your international order once we turn it over to the freight carrier or once your shipment leaves the United States.
